1. Acceptance of terms

2. Service description

Ilvrant LMS is a music theory learning platform offering both synchronous instructor-led courses and self-study exercises, quizzes, and exam preparation. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris. Ilvrant is not a credentialing body, is not a substitute for ABRSM exam fees, and is not affiliated with ABRSM.

3. Eligibility & age

Self-serve registration is for users aged 18 and over. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore. Users under 18 access the platform exclusively through a participating instructor school org, where the school takes consent responsibility for its enrolled students.

4. Account responsibilities

5. Subscription, billing, trials

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available with a card on file, after which auto-renewal applies. Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium. No refunds; cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal to stop renewal. The operator may, at its sole discretion, issue a goodwill refund within 7 days of first paid charge on request — this is operator discretion, not a contractual right. EU/UK customers retain any statutory cooling-off and consumer rights regardless of this clause.

6. Acceptable use

Totam rem aperiam, eaque ipsa quae ab illo inventore veritatis et quasi architecto beatae vitae dicta sunt explicabo. You agree not to scrape the service, share login credentials, upload content you do not have rights to, or harass other users in cohort interactions or games.

7. Content rights

Nemo enim ipsam voluptatem quia voluptas sit aspernatur aut odit aut fugit. You retain ownership of your submissions; Ilvrant receives a licence to display and process them solely for the purpose of running the service. Instructor-authored content is owned by the org that authored it.

8. Termination

Sed quia consequuntur magni dolores eos qui ratione voluptatem sequi nesciunt. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On termination, your access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9. Liability disclaimers

Neque porro quisquam est, qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including no warranty of exam pass results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded; total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Consumer-protection law of the customer's jurisdiction is not waived where it applies as a matter of public policy in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to terms

At vero eos et accusamus et iusto odio dignissimos ducimus qui blanditiis praesentium. We will notify users of material changes by email and an in-app banner, and re-capture acceptance where required.
